About Radiate Light Collective
Radiate Light Collective is a community centered wellness collaborative in Urbandale, Iowa, created for connection, restoration, creativity and growth.
Within our walls, independent practitioners, teachers, artists and facilitators bring their unique work together under one roof. We are creating a place where you can care for yourself, discover something new, gather with others, or simply find a little room to breathe.
Our Story
We imagined a space where different approaches to wellbeing could exist side by side. Where practitioners could build meaningful work, teachers could share their wisdom, and people could explore wellness without pressure to perform.
What grew from that idea is Radiate Light Collective. A shared home for all to experience. A place to exhale, to enjoy peace, have some fun, and explore what connection means.
Staci, Shannon and Melodie co-founded RLC to be a home away from home, curated spaces and vetted practitioners and facilitators in a grounded and authentic space of love and exploration.
What We Believe
Wellness is personal.
There is no single path to feeling well. We honor different bodies, stories, needs, backgrounds, beliefs, and ways of experiencing the world.
Connection Matters.
Healing and Growth don't always have to happen in isolation. Sometimes what we need most is a place to feel seen, supported and connected to others.
Curiosity is Welcomed.
Radiate Light Collective isn't built around one teacher, modality or philosophy. Our collective becomes richer through the different people, perspectives and gifts that move through it.
