Staci Allison
Staci Allison is the founder of Radiate Light and a Business Doula for soul-led practitioners, devoted to building ecosystems where healing, leadership, and conscious work can thrive together. Drawing from a background in education, leadership, community building, and holistic space creation, she weaves strategy and spirit, structure and embodiment, into spaces and systems that support sustainable growth without sacrifice. Through her work, Staci is known for holding safe, regulated containers for transformation; guiding practitioners into aligned visibility and integrity-driven success; and cultivating community rooted in depth, beauty, and real relationship. At the heart of everything she creates is a steady devotion to one truth: that no one is meant to build their dream alone.

Melodie Polansky
With over twenty years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Acupressure Practitioner, and Reflexologist, Melodie supports healing through touch and energy. Her work is informed by thirteen years as a Reiki Master and Teacher, along with training in Hypnosis, Sound Therapy, and Qigong, where she serves as a Qigong Master. Shaped by her life as a mother, artist, musician, and nature lover, she brings a holistic, grounded presence to her work. After eighteen years as a business owner, she understands the needs of both clients and practitioners. In 2025, her long-held vision for a collaborative and nurturing space came to life through an aligned partnership with Shannon and Staci, resulting in the creation of Radiate Light Collective.

Shannon Gibbons
Shannon is a practitioner of mind, body, and spirit, supporting clients in reconnecting with their power and addressing physical and energetic blockages. Her path into holistic health began in childhood through lived experience with chronic illness and early learning at Mayo Clinic, shaping a systems-based approach to wellbeing. Drawing from studies in nursing, science, and Andean shamanic traditions, she bridges ancient and modern healing modalities. As a regenerative health practitioner, Shannon works with nutrition, movement, mindset, and assisted lymphatic therapy to support balance and vitality.

Allison Campbell is an intuitive guide, psychic medium, and hypnotherapy practitioner who weaves astrology, tarot and oracle, intuitive guidance, mediumship, and past life regression into her work. At Luminara Eternal Light Wellness, we support healing of mind, body, and soul through spirit-led medicine. Led by Dianna O’Neill, ARNP and Spiritual Healing Practitioner, we integrate energy work, light-based healing, and intuitive guidance to create personalized sessions. Our approach helps regulate the nervous system, reduce cortisol, and align wellness plans with your unique needs. We are committed to providing a private, trauma-informed, and professional space where you feel safe to heal and grow. Jen Reding
After years of succeeding in high-pressure executive roles while quietly experiencing burnout, Jen realized she knew how to push forward, but not how to slow down. That changed when she discovered Reiki, which began as a personal interest and soon grew into a meaningful practice and ultimately her calling. Now a certified Reiki Master, Jen works with clients across the U.S. and offers in-person sessions in Urbandale on Mondays. Her approach is warm, grounded, and completely judgment-free, and having once been a skeptic herself, she meets each client exactly where they are in their journey.

Carlyn Rae Wei
Carlyn Rae Wei is a Certified Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner, a Certified Biofield Tuning Practitioner, a Certified Elemental Space Clearing Practitioner and a Clutter Coach. She is trained in multiple modalities, including sound healing and space clearing, and developed a holistic approach to decluttering that connects inner emotional blocks with external environments. Carlyn supports clients in clearing energetic and emotional blocks, transforming their spaces, and creating environments that align with and support their best lives.
