About the event
BOOK HERE When was the last time you truly noticed your breath?
So often, we move through our days without consciously having awareness of how we breathe. We move through life on autopilot, simply trying to survive.
Intro to Breathwork is an invitation to pause, slow down and give yourself permission to be present with your breath and with yourself.
As a certified trauma-informed breathwork facilitator of over five years, it is my passion to create space for individuals who need to re-center their body, mind and spirit. And in order to do so, we must first become consciously aware of how we use our breath in everyday life.
This one-hour introductory session will guide you through breath patterns that can help shift your state of being. Through a deeper knowing, awareness and compassion within your breath, you may begin to create more space to move through emotions that can feel difficult at times like frustration, overwhelm, anger, stress, anxiety, you name it.
The art of breathwork, and the way that it will be taught, is something you can integrate into your everyday life. You’ll begin to understand your body better, step out of the thinking mind and create more space and clarity to live the life you deserve.
Join me Saturday, November 7 from 11AM - 12PM at Radiate Light Collective with a $44 investment in yourself. Registration is required.
This experience is open to all levels. Whether you are completely new to breathwork or have already created a practice for yourself, all parts of you are welcome.
Maybe this is just what you need to develop a deeper trust and knowing within yourself — something you can return to time and time again, using these breath patterns as needed.
Come breathe with me. 🤍
