Journeying and Meditation Community Circle

Journeying is the process of an individual dropping deep into a conscious meditative state to receive guidance, healing, and connection. Journeying is a shamanic technique also known as "dreaming while awake". In this simple but powerful exploration, participants can expect to feel a deeper sense of empowerment and connection to universal life force energy.

When people Journey in a group together, each individual is able to go deeper into their experience than they would on their own. It is a great bridge for community.

The intention of this group is to open space for people to drop-in to a collective spiritual practice without the commitment of lots of time, money, and energy. Some weeks there will be themes and others we will decide what the group is most needing to receive. At the end, a sharing circle will open, and people are free to stay and share their experience or to continue on their day. This is a great opportunity to meet people and develop intuitive skills.
