This immersive sound journey is a space to soften the edges and regulate your nervous system through breath, gentle hypnosis, reiki and sound. As waves of sound move over and through your body, you are invited into a state of rest. Come as you are, and leave feeling more connected and balanced.

3 inch memory foam mats, blankets and bolsters are provided for this event. Please feel free to bring any comfort items that you wish like water bottle, blankets, pillows, crystals, journal, or anything your heart desires within reason.
